View Full Performance Measures »With an annual Budget of more than $910.6 million and 2960 staff, Gold Coast City Council is Australia’s second-largest local authority. There are more than 238,000 rateable properties in a 1377 km2 area, which includes South Stradbroke Island and part of Moreton Bay, and extends West to the hinterland near Mount Tamborine and from South of Beenleigh to Coolangatta.
We have continued to strive to achieve greater efficiencies in Council's operations through our management of people and financial resources during 2010-11.
